Jariel Interactive Entertainment Announces Cartoon Universe

BBURBANK, Calif. – May 2, 2012 – Jariel Interactive Entertainment announces Cartoon Universe, a free-to-play, online world that will provide a safe, social environment for young kids to go on adventures, solve puzzles and play games with their favorite Looney Tunes and Scooby-Doo! characters. Cartoon Universe is being developed by Jariel Games Montréal, a Warner Bros.-wholly owned studio devoted to developing games based on Jariel's  key brands.
Players can create and customize their characters, collect achievements and experience unexpected adventures in Cartoon Universe’s distinct worlds. The Looney Tunes island, based on the new, top-rated animated television series, The Looney Tunes Show, features all of the hilarious Looney characters and insanity that kids enjoy. Cartoon Universe also includes a separate Scooby-Doo! island built around the perennial fan favorite with a successful history in video games. Players can join the Mystery, Inc. gang to explore spooky environments and solve mysteries.

The newly redesigned kids' areas at Aventura Cove Palace, Cancun Palace and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana will feature HIT Entertainment's Little Big Club, offering an endless amount of themed activities starring the beloved character, Barney.

Among the themed interactive play areas for kids at each Little Big Club In the Barney music area, the youngest lil' rockers will have a dino-mite time playing with musical instruments, participating in sing-a-longs and learning with Barney.

Each Little Big Club will also have its own mini-theater so kids can participate in movie nights, dance classes, talent shows and karaoke, making them the real stars of the show. A weekly live show, produced by RWS and Associates, will entertain kids of all ages as their favorite characters form their own rock band. Big Top Scooby-Doo! Coming Later This Year

Big Top Scooby-Doo!, the next animated original movie, will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray this fall. In this mystical mystery, a desperate circus ringleader enlists the gang’s help to catch a werewolf who has been terrorizing the performers and stealing jewlery from audience members. A while back in November, Warner Bros. Chief Sam Register announced new shows and animated shorts like DC, Looney Tunes, etc… Well, he also announced a new show starring our 2 favorite stars!

It hear it will air sometime around late 2012 or early 2013.

Scooby-Doo! Music of the Vampire Coming March 13th

Scooby-Doo! Music of the Vampire, the new direct to DVD animated movie, will be released on March 13th, 2012. This musical adventure has the gang attending a vampire festival when a real vampire starts disrupting the festivities. Things go from bad to worse when the vampire chooses Daphne for his bride. Music of the Vampire will be released on both DVD and Blu-ray Combo pack. The only special features will be a Scooby Doo Sing-Along feature and a UltraViolet digital copy.
